Coppermines Grizedales Stages Rally 2013

The Coppermines & Lakes Cottages are once again pleased to be sponsoring the Coppermines Grizedale Stages Rally 2013. Not only is the rally a thrilling and spectacular event for spectators it is a great boost to the local economy and is welcomed by the village of Coniston.

Coniston and the nearby Grizedale Forest have been closely associated with rallying since the RAC rally of old and we are glad to support the local Furness District Motor Club maintain this popular event. I believe that Grizedale Forest offers one of the most spectacular rally courses anywhere in the UK with the spectacular back drop of the Coniston mountains adding to the drama.
